Hello Members,

I hope you can understand that we are like everyone else; we are not receiving any direct information from the State and we are going by what we read in the news.   We are monitoring the situation to see when we will be permitted to re-open.  It may last one week, it may last longer.  Either way, we are committed to paying our staff.  For this reason, many are opting not to freeze their membership and to ride it out until we receive more information.  Should this go past March 31^st, we will automatically freeze everyone’s billing and billing will engage when we re-open.

For those requesting to freeze now, we are waiving our standard freeze fee and billing will engage when we re-open.  A freeze can be done by downloading, completing, and emailing back the freeze form which is located here https://www.ovoxmorganville.com/download-forms/
