Meet Tony
Personal Trainer -Coach
Hey! I’m Tony Evola, a dedicated personal trainer here at ŌVOX. My journey into personal training began with my experiences as a varsity wrestler in high school, where I developed a strong foundation in discipline, perseverance, and comprehensive training.
I started out as a performance coach for middle school, high school, and college athletes at a local gym. There I designed and implemented training programs to enhance athletic performance, build strength, and improve overall fitness. Working closely with athletes of various levels, I gained invaluable experience in tailoring programs to individual needs and goals while learning how to motivate and inspire others to reach their full potential.
In addition to my coaching experience, I work as a physical therapist aide, where I assist with patient care and rehabilitation exercises. This role has provided me with a deeper understanding of injury recovery and rehabilitation, further enhancing my ability to support clients in their fitness journeys.
I’m currently a senior at Georgian Court University, working towards my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, which has provided me with a strong academic foundation to complement my practical experience.
Outside of training, I enjoy playing beach volleyball and surfing, which keep me motivated and connected to my own fitness journey. Whether your goal is to build strength, enhance athletic performance, or simply improve overall health, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way.
